Great location, comfy rooms, and friendly staff. We loved the proximity to the airport, as well as the comfortable beds and powerful shower in our room. The staff, especially the lady at night reception, were nice and welcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are modern and come equipped with hot showers and comfortable beds. Some rooms even have balconies with nice views.
The cleanliness is not up to par. Some guests reported dirty bedding, dusty windowsills, and unclean bathrooms.

The Stand By Phuket Airport is a new property located near the airport. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are large with balconies. It's a great transit hotel with plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby. The location is also close to the beach.

Spent my Christmas at this amazing hotel and I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the pool was available whenever I wanted and the free water in the rooms was a great plus. The location was so convenient that reaching beaches and markets was easy and great for activities. The staff was extremely helpful and polite with their service, making sure I enjoyed my stay. it was the perfect place to spend my Christmas break before heading back home.
While everything was perfect at the hotel, it would have been great to have a restaurant on site as I didn't want to explore too far during the low season. It would have also been helpful to have more amenities within walking distance like a convenience store or restaurant.
